At Build Redux, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for all high-performance gaming systems and components to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your build, we are committed to making it right through a repair, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the System

  Securely pack the PC in its original double-layered foam packaging and box to prevent any transit damage; please include all original accessories, cables, and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship to Build Redux

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once our technicians verify the system's condition and hardware integrity, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 7-10 business days.
